Our Purpose

If you’ve ever paid $35 for a workout class, you know that the benefits of today’s trends in health & wellness don’t extend to everyone. Class for a Cause is a movement dedicated to making health & wellness accessible for all through a single day devoted going to class, and then matching a donation to bring the same benefits to underserved communities. This year all proceeds will go to Girls on the Run!

What We Do

We’ll be celebrating on May 10, the first National Fitness Day in the US. The easiest way to donate is to buy a shirt in advance (last day for guaranteed shipping by May 10 is April 18!), then all you have to do is rally your friends, co-workers and workout buddies and get your butts to class Wednesday, May 10. Do good for you and do good for someone else!
